Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, after which they are shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location and can be estimated as follows:

Return & Exchange Policy​

We want you to love every drop of your Divine Beauty experience. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

​Eligible Returns We gladly accept returns on unused beauty products in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping & Handling Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange—whichever you prefer.

Payment Method Processing

​We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, we support various payment processors such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, & AfterPay.

Give the gift of choice with our gift cards. Our gift cards can be purchased online and are redeemable on all products on our site. Our gift cards can be used multiple times until balance is depleted. 

Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not eligible for refunds.
